Investment accounting and reporting
Holdings, transactions, maturities, calls, month-end support, FFIEC/NCUA schedules, CECL/ALM exports, GL tie-outs, and examiner-ready workpapers.
FI Investment Tracker is investment accounting, reconciliation, and compliance evidence built for credit unions and community banks. Amortize and account for every holding, reconcile the daily files, and export exam-ready workpackages and call-report schedules — all on a machine your institution controls. Your portfolio data is never sent to a vendor cloud.
Holdings, transactions, maturities, calls, month-end support, FFIEC/NCUA schedules, CECL/ALM exports, GL tie-outs, and examiner-ready workpapers.
Universal file intake, payment-rail comparisons, core/network/processor matching, saved layouts, exception ownership, tamper-evident file verification, and the ability to undo a posting and restore prior state.
Vendor oversight, exam binders, policy reviews, access reviews, cyber evidence, due dates, notes, accountable owners, and board/examiner exports.
Borrower application links, document capture, E-SIGN evidence, lender export packets, lending landing pages, and optional website design and hosting.
Your data never leaves the institution. The investment and reconciliation software runs on a machine you control — there is no vendor cloud holding your portfolio, so the biggest vendor-risk question is off the table by design. The installer is code-signed by GRANITE HALL SOLUTIONS LLC, so your IT team can verify the publisher before anything is installed. We're a new company and we say so plainly. We don't have a SOC 2 report yet or a wall of customer logos — what we offer instead is an architecture where your sensitive data stays in your environment, a signed installer your security team can vet, and a documented vendor-readiness package. See the Security and Vendor Readiness pages for the full detail your reviewers will ask for.
For the team responsible for month-end close and the call report.
The investment and reconciliation software keeps your portfolio and operations files inside the environment your institution already controls. There is no copy of your sensitive data sitting on our servers — which means the vendor-breach question that sinks most software reviews simply doesn't apply. (The optional hosted loan-application add-on is the one exception: it stores borrower data, and it ships with its own document storage, malware scanning, retention controls, strict separation of each institution's data from every other institution's, and legal review before any real applicant information is accepted.)
We recommend starting narrow and proving it on your own data before you expand: pick one workflow, import one real source file, generate one exam-ready support package, run one restore drill, then decide whether to roll out the rest of the modules. You see it work on your real numbers before you commit further.
Pick a plan, download the signed installer, and prove it on one real source file before you expand.
