Close the month and pass the exam without your portfolio data ever leaving the building

FI Investment Tracker is investment accounting, reconciliation, and compliance evidence built for credit unions and community banks. Amortize and account for every holding, reconcile the daily files, and export exam-ready workpackages and call-report schedules — all on a machine your institution controls. Your portfolio data is never sent to a vendor cloud.

1 Import the files your team already receives — no re-keying, no new feeds to build.
2 See every exception, approval, deadline, and piece of evidence in one place.
3 Export clean, exam-ready packages — while your sensitive data stays on your machine.

Built for buyers who can't take risks with vendor trust

Your data never leaves the institution. The investment and reconciliation software runs on a machine you control — there is no vendor cloud holding your portfolio, so the biggest vendor-risk question is off the table by design. The installer is code-signed by GRANITE HALL SOLUTIONS LLC, so your IT team can verify the publisher before anything is installed. We're a new company and we say so plainly. We don't have a SOC 2 report yet or a wall of customer logos — what we offer instead is an architecture where your sensitive data stays in your environment, a signed installer your security team can vet, and a documented vendor-readiness package. See the Security and Vendor Readiness pages for the full detail your reviewers will ask for.

Investment Tracking

For the team responsible for month-end close and the call report.

  • Full holding lifecycle with effective-interest amortization, MBS/CMO paydown, premium/discount accretion, and realized gain/loss on calls and maturities — the accounting your auditor expects, calculated correctly, not approximated in a spreadsheet.
  • Move off spreadsheets or legacy investment tracking tools without re-keying — the import profile recognizes your existing columns, including non-CUSIP holdings by account number, so your history comes with you.
  • NCUA 5300, FFIEC RC-B, call-report detail, SFAS 115 support, verification letters, shock analysis, and GL reports.
  • On-machine recovery points you control, documented proof you can recover your data, and a full month-end approval history.

FI Reconciliation

  • ATM, card, ACH, wire, Zelle/P2P, FedNow/RTP, processor, network, core, and GL file comparison.
  • Intelligent column detection, saved profiles, duplicate review, tamper-evident checks that confirm each source file is unchanged, balancing totals, exception queues, and reviewer signoff.
  • Repeatable exception reports for daily certification and month-end close support.

Compliance Operations

  • Vendor oversight, exam-room evidence, policy management, access review, and cyber framework evidence.
  • Owners, due dates, notes, timestamps, follow-up queues, board packets, and examiner-ready exports.
  • Useful for small teams that need reliable, exam-ready evidence without running a heavyweight governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) system.

Online Loan Applications

  • Hosted borrower links, PDF upload or built-in form builder, document upload, E-SIGN consent, typed or drawn signatures, and save-and-resume so applicants can finish later.
  • Incoming application queue, status management, lender export packets, support for Section 1071 small-business lending data collection, and implementation landing pages.
  • Before any real borrower data is accepted, the hosted intake meets our security and compliance requirements: encrypted document storage, malware scanning, retention controls, each institution's data kept separate from every other institution's, and legal review of the application flow.

Website Design & Hosting

  • Optional public website, product pages, lending pages, application landing pages, and hosted implementation pages.
  • Designed to make the institution look current without pretending to offer live mobile banking integrations.
  • Mobile banking apps remain out of scope until live core account, balance, and transaction integrations are supportable.

Implementation Support

  • Source-file review, import mapping, first package validation, restore drill, and staff handoff.
  • Written fit/gap notes from a focused evaluation so the institution can make a clean production decision.
  • Support boundaries keep confidential portfolio and borrower files out of ordinary helpdesk traffic.
Your portfolio never goes to a vendor cloud

The investment and reconciliation software keeps your portfolio and operations files inside the environment your institution already controls. There is no copy of your sensitive data sitting on our servers — which means the vendor-breach question that sinks most software reviews simply doesn't apply. (The optional hosted loan-application add-on is the one exception: it stores borrower data, and it ships with its own document storage, malware scanning, retention controls, strict separation of each institution's data from every other institution's, and legal review before any real applicant information is accepted.)

How a careful rollout works

We recommend starting narrow and proving it on your own data before you expand: pick one workflow, import one real source file, generate one exam-ready support package, run one restore drill, then decide whether to roll out the rest of the modules. You see it work on your real numbers before you commit further.
